I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. This afternoon one of my family members was in an accident and the car was not drivable. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with progressive getting the run around about a tow truck. They sent me to roadside assistance, who doesn't provide tow trucks for accidents, then got sent to claims because they said I needed to file another claim, then I got sent to someone else who said they couldn't give me information because I wasn't my brothers spouse even though I'm on the policy, then got sent back to claims, etc, etc. Finally talked to a supervisor who got me a tow truck after an hour and a half. The tow truck said they'd be there in 45 minutes to an hour. An hour passes, "oh, it'll be another hour." 45 minutes passes and my brother called the tow truck. They said it'll be at least another hour! Now my brother has sat in the cold, 35 degree weather, in the rain, in the dark, in a bad neighborhood with no running car for 3 and a half hours. I called progressive back and the claims guy was sooo rude, said there was no manager/supervisor available to talk to. On top of that he was sarcastic and made some really inappropriate comments. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life. For a company who strives on customer service, the ball was dropped multiple times tonight by multiple people. I've always appreciated progressive and have never had a problem, until now. I guess this makes up for the good 4 years or being a loyal customer. I wouldn't wish a situation like this on my worst enemy. I think your employees need some new training and to get on the same page. I also hope that none of your employees or their family members have to be stuck in the cold, rain, dark, and in a bad neighborhood waiting for a tow truck. I will never rave about progressive again. Like I said, I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer and so are my family members. ...

My house is broken into I submit my inventory list I’m told payment will be 3-5 business days. I’m now on business day #10 no payment!!!! How would your life be with no TV, no music, 1/2 of your food is gone. Living in a house with plywood on your door & windows because the insurance company hasn’t released funds. The only answer you get from anyone is.... IT’S STILL IN OUR PRICING DEPARTMENT!!! I also submit pictures 10 business days ago for proof of ownership and send an email stating if you did NOT receive pictures please let me know right away. Nope I receive an email last week stating can you resend the pictures!!!!! I’m highly agitated maybe now is the time to reach out to the better business bureau or a lawyer! ...
